I am writing in regards to the experience that you and your dog Twinkle had at our grooming shop.First of all,I send my sincere apology about the grooming experience and the result not being as expectedI saw the picture and was very saddened about the groomer
not conveying or understanding
what was wanted I would have also been very distraught and I do understand that Twinkle is distraught as well.I am concerned about the cut nipples and ask that you please take the dog
to the vet to check for any infection and have the vet contact me for payment or you can pay and send us the bill and we will surely reimburse and fees associated with the cut nipple Working with grooming tools sometimes things happen and we are very sorry.We realize sometimes things take place that are not satisfactory to the client and attempt to
work towards a resolution.I have enclosed a refund of $and hope that Twinkle will recover soon from the experience
