labor for year from the startup date on new installations The expiration on this labor is July 28, On February 4, 2016, we sent the homeowner a brochure to purchase a Service Agreement with Bell Air Conditioning, Inc This service agreement would have allowed two service checks of equipment, one in the fall and one in the spring The homeowner did not respond to this service We received a call from the home builder that contracted us to install the air conditioning, that they had received a call from Mrs*** that there was a water leak from the air conditioner We told the home builder that we had not received any calls from the home owner since we started up the equipment on July 28, If a drain pipe for the main unit had not been installed properly, the water leaking would have resulted during the summer of The pipe does not come apart over timeWe were then informed by the home builder that another air conditioning company, *** *** ***had been servicing the system Mrs*** called our office on August 25, 2016, and spoke with *** *** She was very agitated and not listening to Mr*** explain our situationWe do not have any obligation to make repairs concerning the air conditioning or heating when another company has been servicing the system. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Mr*** did say that we would not service the system since Mrs*** would not calm down and listenAgain, the system had worked from July 28, until August 25, We had not been to *** *** *** *** since we installed the system, therefore the other company was the last to work on it and should be the responsible party
