[redacted] did have his Chevrolet Cruze in for transmission concerns on 6-28- Upon diagnosis of concern he was given an estimate to have his transmission tore down to determine the failure and repair or remove and replace transmission assembly He declined to teardown his transmission and we provided two replacement options One was a GM Serta transmission and the other option was a used transmission from LKQ Based on the cost factor [redacted] elected to have the used transmission installed After customer approval we completed the transmission replacement and verified proper operation and fluid levels [redacted] was unable to pick up his vehicle during business hours because he lived a distance away and requested to pay over the phone and we locked the keys in his car for him to pick up at his convenience.Ian (Service Manger) spoke with [redacted] a couple of times on 9-and reviewed the current concern with his vehicle He is having transmission issues again with the used one that was installed The transmission that we installed is still under part warranty but labor would be an out of pocket expense After the discussion Ian offered to assist with customer’s deductible and rental costs for customer satisfaction which totaled $ [redacted] was satisfied with assistance[redacted] General ManagerBrenengen Chevrolet CadillacTheater RoadOnalaska, WI

*** has brought in his Saturn Outlook in over the past few years for a/c concerns and other various repair needs. I certainly agree that he has had a variety of issues with his vehicle and I feel we have tried to be as accommodating to him as possible. The air-conditioning has been a
concern for the last several years and we have been able to find failed parts on those visits. We have also assisted with his extended warranty deductible more than once and covered diagnosis on several occasions. One of the parts “the txv valve” has been a known issue and even though we could not verify it was leaking we replaced it free of charge because Steve was concerned about it. All in all, we have spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours we cannot bill for, trying to make sure his vehicle is repaired correctly. I can certainly understand frustration on Steve’s side but it has not been due to a lack of effort and willingness to work with him on our end. We have also picked up and delivered his vehicle back to the airport on several occasions trying to be accommodating as possible to his schedule. We did have his vehicle in for the a/c concern last week and we diagnosed the issue at no charge to Steve. I have presented him with what we have found and how we can assist him.While we cannot fix his vehicle free of charge I feel we have presented him a very beneficial option.*** ***

[redacted] awesome. I have dealt with a/c companies for years since I was born in phoenix a little over 50+ years ago. They are fair, considerate and Revdex.com rates them A+. Call asap get your a/c checked. regular maintenance on a unit keeps it running longer because we don't want to replace a unit before its time, it can run $8000, so save money and routinely get your unit checked every year.

Any questions or issues I have had when it comes to my air conditioning unit, I know I can count on Bell Air to help me and my family out. With the temps rising, this is the company you want on your side!!

My A/C quit working while I was out of town.

These people are so service oriented it's unbelievable. I requested an appointment online because it being Sunday I didn't think they would come out. They called immediately and set up an appointment to come to repair the unit in just a couple of hours.

I have 2 homes and they have replaced one unit and serviced all the others. Is there an A+++ rating? Give it to them!

What an Absolutely SUPER Air conditioning team. They designed my new system to be extremely quiet, efficient, and give me really clean cool air and heat. Bell Air is synonymous with Superior Customer Service !!

No Job is to complex or too big for this quality team of really experienced HVAC experts. Bell Air is who you want to call if you live in Arizona and want a Top Notch job completed on time and on budget.

Not only is [redacted], the owner, personally involved with every install but super communication between you and the team members is handled by [redacted] who will personally take your calls. [redacted] and [redacted] will be the team that gets it all working smoothly and efficiently !! It must be hard to find good people like this but [redacted] has done it.

Bell Air Conditioning consistently comes through anytime we have had any AC issues. 2 of the times that they come to the rescue were during emergencies and they have proven that we can always count on [redacted] and his great staff even with such short notice(when it matters most)!
Great prices, better than timely service, & trustworthy staff--who else out there can beat that combo?!

I've had these guys out several times to service our air conditioner and I have to say that every time I have received nothing but top-notch service. The guys are friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and timely with their work. This kind of service really goes a long way with me and I don't see any reason to use any other AC service company so long as these guys are around.

These guys are amazing! Very nice and fast. My unit went out last night and they were there after hours to help!

Today JJ and Ruben of Bell Air Conditioning installed a new Trane Central air conditioning system in our house and it was very professional done. They not only very polite and courteous but at the end of the day they cleaned up very well and explained how the system operates. We would highly recommend there services for installation and repairs that you may need. They are take care of your needs promptly.

Extremely friendly and competent. We've been using them for semi-annual service for four years and been nothing but satisfied. Prompt friendly service when we had emergent issues and recently found out we needed a new system (on a late evening Monday visit). Temporary repair made that night and a new system was installed on Wednesday by terrific installers. During the install, the owner was on site all morning. Excellent experience and we highly recommend them.
