They responded to pest control for the year I specifically stated the months in Greenville County does not handle our noise ordinance, Mauldin County Police Deptdoes and since when can they state their was no noise ordinance in a persons apartment and on the grounds when we don't even have a Courtesy officer and haven't had one in the past few months.They stated that I never filed an accident report to the police, which is untrueThe report was made the same day I spoke with them, which was on 4/2/(have original copy which was given when they came out to assess my car and the damages).What puzzles me, is the constant inconsistencies in the ongoing matter

They responded to pest control for the year 2016.  I specifically stated the months in 2017.  Greenville County does not handle our noise ordinance, Mauldin County Police Dept. does and since when can they state their was no noise ordinance in a persons apartment and on the grounds when we don't even have a Courtesy officer and haven't had one in the past few months.They stated that I never filed an accident report to the police, which is untrue. The resident has had the following pest control services done in her apartment per her request on the following dates:December 1, 2015, January 5, 2016, February 2016,  March 5, 2016, April 5, 2016, May 3, 2016, June 1 (scheduled but cancelled by resident), July 5, 2016, August 2, 2016,...

September 27, 2016, October 1, 2016, November 1, 2016,  December 6th, 2016 December 13th, 2016.  We have a pest control log at the leasing office and have verified these services were completed by the pest control company.The noise complaint has been addressed by management and all noise issues after hours (quiet hours) are addressed by Greenville Police Department who have determined no noise issue per the City Noise Ordnance.  We continue to work with all residents asking to be respectful in an apartment living environment when it comes to noise and quiet hours. The resident let the leasing office know that her car was damaged in the parking lot.  We completed an incident report and asked the resident to file a police report.  The resident did not contact the authorities to file a report.  We confirmed that there are no cameras in the parking lot to the resident.
