Bell Brother's Heating and Air

We called Bell Brothers to come out check our wall furnace he said the cuplar was out had to order it said ok it would take just a few days but the mean time we had no heat for four days they called said he would be here at 8 am tuesday he came about 3 pm found out he had the wrong part but tried to moditfy it he didnt work so we asked him a new one would cost well 3200.00 or more we said no my son told him he can buy one at home depot for less 800.00 the tech left with his tail between his legs our son went to home depot got the wall furnace 799.00 + tax brought it home by 5 pm we had heat will not use bell brothers again.unhappy costumer Nadine Leath of citrus heights.

I have been a Bell Brothers customer for about 12 years and I have always sang their praises. They have a really good staff, thoughtful and customer service oriented. This is just a note about a recent surprise experience.
I made my annual HVAC system check appointment this morning (April 30, 2021) and the appointment is for August 3rd. I have never experienced anything like this from them. Does this even make sense. My AC system will be winding down when they come to check it. Very strange. Maybe they have loss their staff to other companies. :(
