Although we still do not believe we removed a "non-removable" piece from the dryer and we do not believe the damage was caused by the negligence of our movers, we will send you a check for the $you have requested

It is a company policy to call each customer after a move is completed to follow up on the services providedOur records do show that a follow up call was made on the Wednesday following the Saturday moveWhen nobody answered, a voicemail was left stating that we just wanted to follow up and see
how the move wentWe did not get a call back regarding any feedback, good or bad, on the pack or moveWe did get a call from you questioning the trip charge from the pack day and hour of billing time on the move dayWhen you originally booked in April we would have had a hour trip chargeOur pricing changed in May of when we moved to round trip mileage tracking to figure a trip chargeSince you re-booked in November, after the increase, you would have had a hour trip charge for pack dayI honored the previous pricing but our system generated the current pricing increase which would have needed to be manual overridden to give you the previous chargeWhen you called about this issue, we issued you a refund of $You also questioned an hour of the billing time on the move date, saying the crew took over a hour lunchWhen we spoke with our crews, they said they did take a half hour lunch and had to wait over a half hour for you to meet them at the unload location because you had to drop/pick up your dogsInstead of arguing this issue, we issued a hour refund of $Your total refund, after a few calls between you and the company, was $issued on November 28, When you finished unpacking your wardrobes, you spoke with the company again asking about the refund for returning the wardrobe boxesOn December 1, 2016, you visited our offices to return the wardrobe boxes and get another refund of $25. You did not return our follow up calls to mention the significant damages to the various walls, doorways, door or the wooden floorsYou did not mention the significant damages when you spoke with the company several times regarding the trip charges or the hour of billing in question which resulted in a refundYou did no mention the significant damage when you visited our office to return wardrobes and while in the office to get another refund checkWe feel that you had plenty of time, over months, and numerous phone calls to bring this to our attention and failed to do soWe deny your claim

I am rejecting this response because:I was never contacted and that does not resolve the issue with the damage caused by this Company.  This is unacceptale and I will continue with this claim until resolved or noted as a permanent violation to the Company.

The pipe that you claim required technical knowledge to disassemble just slid into and out of the back of the dryer. It was installed to the dryer prior to the move. The dryer was working perfectly before the move. After the move the pipe was not re-installed. After the move the flexible pipe was just shoved into the dryer the clamp inside the dryer around the flexible exhaust pipe. When the dryer was first used after the move, the clamp caused an immediate electrical short. That is seen clearly in the picture that I sent to you. There are burn marks from the short in the upper left and upper right of the picture. I can resend the picture if needed. The problem with the dryer was clearly caused by negligence by one more more of your movers. I am only asking for a small portion of my actual out of pocket cost. Regards,
