Normandy Global billed transactions to my debit cardDon't know who this company is or how they illegally got my debit infoI have not done any business with this company Note previous complaint

In response to the complaint, we were contracted to do water mitigation which is water clean up, dry down, reconstruct and remove basement wondows and replace them with block; we were not contracted to waterproof a basementUpon being called out to the customers house, they had water issues in the basement alreadyWe did not nor can you garauntee that you can stop water intrusion without digging up the exterior foundation and waterproofing the basementAt no time were we contracted to do so, however it was made clear to the wife while I was there that it may have to be done if they are still having water issues after the basement windows were removedAfter discussing the potential cost of exterior waterproofing the customer decided to take the less expensive route and have us remove the windows and seal up that area to see if the water would stop coming in After the $job was complete which included Minor block work and interior construction, paint trim etcwe returned at a later date to waterproof the block work that we installedAgain we were not contracted to waterproof the basement

Sorry I didn't respond before -- I didn't realize there was a specific time limit.Joshua B [redacted] said he was not told about the fan in the atticThat is correctThere was no reason to as the vents to the attic were not to be covered overThe decision to cover the vents was made by him without consulting meIf he had done so, I certainly would have told him about the fanPerhaps the decision then would still have been to cover the vents due to the attic conditions. However, the problem really wasn't about the fanThe problem was about leaving the attic with no air intake vent at allWithout any intake vents, the air in the attic could not circulate as it must to prevent moisture buildup due to air leaking into the attic from the house itselfA vented roof can prevent ice damming in the winterMany, if not all asphalt shingle manufacturers require venting; the Ohio Building Code requires venting. Finally, MrB [redacted] simply did not discuss closing the vents with mePerhaps if we had had a discussion, I would have understood better why he had the vents covered.Workmen did come out and open the vents in the atticWhen all is said and done, MrB [redacted] and his company did a very good job on the roof and siding

Received a brand new, never opened Vanilla Visa gift card and days after activating it this company tried to charge my gift card different amounts before finally getting a charge for $to go throughThere was only $on the card so they kept trying until they figured how much was on the cardThis is repulsiveI’ve never heard of this companyI find it ironic that a company that advertises protecting their client’s security is stealing money to finance themselvesA police report has been madeDispute has been opened with card issuer

I just bought a One Vanilla card and loaded $on it and literally not even a second later, this company immediately took my money outI have researched and apparently this happens quite often with vanilla cards and this business

I am currently working with the customer to resolve this issueThis file was lost in transition during some company changes

I just purchased a prepaid credit card and put dollars on itAt 3:pm Eastern standard Time there was a transaction to Normandy global that I did NOT authorizeIf the funds are not returned I will be making a trip to my birth state to file charges against the company for fraudIf I do not receive a call or email from the business owner I will make sure the company and everyone involved with it is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

They took two $transactions off of my prepaid debit card which I never even used

I went and got a prepaid card it shows at 12:for INCOMM showing where I purchased the card at the same time NORMANDYGLOBAL decided that it was okay for them to take the little $that I had to pay my phone billwhen I called the card company they said that I had to wait a week and I had advised them that if straight talk changed there name they need to put a hold on my money and the lady hung up on me then I called the number assesed with this company no one answer their website is fake but yet they took my money and wont vife it back I will be filing a lawsuit with the company unless they give me my money back

On August 9, 2016, Normandy Global charged my debit card $I had never heard of this company nor done business with this company. On August 10, 2016, I sent an email to Normandy Global requesting contact information for someone who could assist me in resolving this matterAs of August 19, 2016, I have not received a response from Normandy Global

On the 24th of February, 2018, my debit card was charged $25, not once, not twice, but seven times equaling a total of $wrongfully charged to my cardI had not previously known of the existence of this company, but this must be settledI now have very little money to my name because of this issue

We were contracted to replace the siding and the roof, which both look greatI was not notified that there was a fan in the attic placed at the cross vent until after we had completed the workUpon being told that this was so I explained to the customer about ventilationShe said she
would do some research and get back to meAfter looking into it, she decided that she wanted the vents back in so the fans could vent the attic With no resistance, I told her we would come out and reinstalled the ventsThe customer then stated well it's winter and we can take care of that in spring, I agreed In no way do I feel that I ever lost contact or did not return phone calls to the customer The vents were already work ordered and in the process of going into production when this Revdex.com complaint was prematurely filedThe work is satisfactory, I've had an open line of Communication with the customer and the vents are reinstalled again n with no resistance from Bell ConstructionI don't feel that there should in anyway be an unsatisfied customer

Bought a vanilla card deposited money onto the card within a minute span from me leaving the store and getting home my money was taken by this companyI hadn’t even opened the package yetI haven’t heard back from them nor can I get any responses I

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2015/07/09) */
In response to the Revdex.com complaint. Bell Construction made several attempts to come to a resolution with the homeowner but was cursed out and ran off of the property.
If Bell Construction felt that their was a real problem with the installation...

of the roof we would have fixed the install problems instead of offer a 20 yr workmanship warranty. however, due to some unreasonable issues, we were forced to agree with unreasonable demands. NO COMPANY OFFER 20 YEAR WARRANTY. Bell Construction does a lot of work across North Eastern United States and we stand behind out work 100%
We will always continue to work with homeowner to come to a resolution.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 19, 2015/07/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response from Bell Consrtruction in nothing but a lie.
The so called resolution offered to me by Mr. Joshua B[redacted] was to withdraw my Revdex.com complain before any resolution can be discussed.
As far as 20 yr workmanship warranty is concerned that was not my idea and in fact it was offered to me by Tom C[redacted] of Bell construction. What I wanted at the time was to rip off and redo the roof. but after only tom C[redacted] and Clinton M[redacted] persuaded, that I agreed to go with 20 year workmanship warranty. so in truth the 20 year warranty was not something I wanted.
If Mr B[redacted] think they would rather rip off the Roof and redo, I am more than happy.
Moreover, Mr. Joshua has not responded to emails sent to him at all.

I am rejecting this response because:They were contracted to waterproof the basement. I would not have payed over $5000.00 to do patchwork work.

In response to the complaint, we were contracted to do water mitigation which is water clean up, dry down, reconstruct and remove basement wondows and replace them with block; we were not contracted to waterproof a basement. Upon being called out to the customers house, they had water issues in...

the basement already. We did not nor can you garauntee that you can stop water intrusion without digging up the exterior foundation and waterproofing the basement. At no time were we contracted to do so, however it was made clear to the wife while I was there that it may have to be done if they are still having water issues after the basement windows were removed. After discussing the potential cost of exterior waterproofing the customer decided to take the less expensive route and have us remove the windows and seal up that area to see if the water would stop coming in. .  After the $5000 job was complete which included Minor block work and interior construction, paint trim etc. we returned at a later date to waterproof the block work that we installed. Again we were not contracted to waterproof the basement.

Sorry I didn't respond before -- I didn't realize there was a specific time limit.Joshua B[redacted] said he was not told about the fan in the attic. That is correct. There was no reason to as the vents to the attic were not to be covered over. The decision to cover the vents was made by him without consulting me. If he had done so, I certainly would have told him about the fan. Perhaps the decision then would still have been to cover the vents due to the attic conditions. However, the problem really wasn't about the fan. The problem was about leaving the attic with no air intake vent at all. Without any intake vents, the air in the attic could not circulate as it must to prevent moisture buildup due to air leaking into the attic from the house itself. A vented roof can prevent ice damming in the winter. Many, if not all asphalt shingle manufacturers require venting; the Ohio Building Code requires venting. Finally, Mr. B[redacted] simply did not discuss closing the vents with me. Perhaps if we had had a discussion, I would have understood better why he had the vents covered.Workmen did come out and open the vents in the attic. When all is said and done, Mr. B[redacted] and his company did a very good job on the roof and siding.
