Good morning to you and thank you for the opportunity to respond
I do not see the written complaint however I clearly recall this incident
I have enjoyed over years of successful business and regret the inability to resolve the issues
in regard to this client
As a Holistic Health Practitioner my passion is to help people
This client had joined our program and had been given an after hour carded number to reach me anytime days a week as well as had a follow up appointment the following day which was missedIt was also explained the protocol must be adhered to and followup visits were to be booked and completed within a year, this was clearly laid out and agreed upon
This client neglected to follow our program and also insisted I bend rules to prepare paperwork for her extended healthcare plan showing visits which had not taken placeIf I had bent the rules I would have easily satisfied this client however my high level of integrity stands above her getting her demands met
I stand open to meet with this client for an entire year of support and to finish her program

This response is unacceptable due to the fact that it is all all a lie and I have witnesses and proof that she is illegitimateThe appointment that she says I neglected was never made because upon receiving my treatment on a THURSDAY, *** had told me to call the company on FRIDAY to see if I needed to schedule a boostAt THIS time I did not NEED a boostYes a phone number was provided for me for an 'after hour' help line and I called that line ALL weekend (long weekend of July 1st) and NO ONE answeredI went through SEVERE withdrawls and got threw them on MY ownNO WHERE did I sign paperwork saying I needed to complete treatments and follow-ups for a year an order to receive my receipt for my insurance companyI would like to see the signed paper work emailed to meI signed a consent form to agree to have the initial lazer treatmentWhen you go to the massage therapist and get a treatment, do they not provide you with a receipt? I want the receipt for something I lawfully paid for so I can submit it to my insurance company which I pay monthly for to cover my family for medical, dental, vision and other health care
I want to CLEARLY indicate that when I scheduled my FIRST boost with ***, she treated me like I liar saying I never called any after hour numbe for help and that I clearly didnt listen to her instructions when she was given my friend and I our 'out-takes' after completion of the initial treatmentI wanted to speak with the owner *** regarding this issue about the way I was treated from her staff member (***) so I made a boost appointment on Friday July 7th to meet with her at to have a boost and speak with her regarding my concerns on how I was treated the previous Wednesday July 5thShe confirmed by email that she would be there and then on Friday minutes before our scheduled appointment, unprofessionally texted me saying she was unable to make her appointment and that ***, another staff member, would be doing my boost for meI would just like to know how was supposed to make follow up appointments with her an order to get my receipts if she is unable to make her first appointment made with me?
Her response in unacceptable and I am willing to provide proof and witnesses regarding the information she claims she says she told me
I paid her company with MY money and all I want is my receipts for something I paid for
I would also want proof of this document she claimed I signed indicating I HAVE to complete sessions and year follow up an order to receive my official receipts

No where in this signed document does it state that there is a MUST of follow up visits cas stated in the previous reply by ***There is NO such protocol in the above document signed by myselfIt just simply states there is NO GUARANTEE of your productTHEREFORE, I would appreciate them sending me my OFFICIAL receipts for my *** so I can claim what I have RIGHTFULLY paid for
Also as stated in the reply by *** in the Aug respond, she wrote that I neglected to follow their program and insisted she bend the rules so I can receive my receiptsThere is NO WRITTEN PROGRAM in the above attachmentIt only clearly states that the results are not guaranteed
Therefore, since *** has not provided proof of her program with an outlined description of what was intended on my end as a CUSTOMER, not a patient, then I would KINDLY like my receipts!
