Review: On 2/9/2016 I arrived at Bell Cleaners to pick up my dry cleaning and I was informed that a item wasnt available due to it needed to be recleaned but would be available the next day. I went back the next day and was told they could not find but would call me when the item was located.

I waited 20 days and called back and spoke to Sandy who indicated that she would again look for the item and call me back.

It has been almost 2 weeks from my last call and have yet to hear from anyone.Desired Settlement: I paid for the cleaning of a item which I never picked up and I'm also out a pair of pants.

I would like repayment of the cost of the cleaning and the cost of the pants .

Re: Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I am in receipt of the complaint filed with your office by Ms. [redacted]. Thank you for supplying a copy. I have reviewed her complaint. We did misplace a pair of her pants and our customer service representative that has been working with her offered to replace them. She had expressed that she would rather have the pants than to have them replaced. Although we have been looking, we regret to say that we have not been able to locate them. We will certainly reimburse her the $55.00 that she has quoted and is entitled to. I will mail out a check in tomorrow’s mail together with a note to apologize for the loss and the inconvenience. Bell Drapery does bespoke drapes; however, it has no signage, nor are there any reviews of that particular service. Nevertheless, I remember having heard of their service, so I approached them. After deciding on a sample--nothing. No reply to phone call messages or voicemails. They sent a fax; odd, because I hadn't given them my fax number, and my machine was therefore turned off. They didn't follow up; I called two weeks later to find out what was going on--only then, after a month had gone by, did they send around someone to take measurements of my present curtains. Was promised drapes two weeks later. A month later, I called and left message with 'secretary'. Nothing. A month later, wrote letter explaining why I did not want to use their services any more, given this lack of response, professionalism, call it what you want. That was two weeks ago--there has been no reply. Disgusted. Thank goodness no money given.
