To whom it may concern, In regards to the notice to vacate, an advanced notice was sent about days prior to the lease expiring. This notice also reminds the resident to give a day notice if they are not renewing to avoid the lease renewing month to month. (The
complainant has also requested to extend the lease but has not come in to make the change.) The policy for the satellite has never changed but since we acquired the property we have taken strides in improving all aspects of the community. Improving the property is what we pride ourselves in and we must ensure all rules are being followed to maintain a community our resident can call home. The satellite addendum clearly states the policy and is signed by all current and past residents. Now the deposit amount has been updated but anyone who installed prior to our takeover is grandfathered in, however the installation is incorrect. We just need to have the satellite dish reinstalled correctly; the deposit amount will not change. There are several apartments with satellites and they also have been asked to comply. This is not new and is a rule at every apartment community that utilizes the Texas Apartment Association lease but only if they choose to implementDue to the amount of rain received has caused the mulch to washed out but we are scheduled to replace the mulch later this year. The breezeways are to be blown 2-3x a week and this also includes power washing the breezeways per the yearly schedule.
