I Mike [redacted] went to Mr [redacted] on Friday the 24 th of october and assessed the damage. The damage was caused by improper design of building not by workmanship.Our contracts exclude us from damage caused by defects in design. Space city roofing will be taking care of damage solely because of...
lack of due diligence on the part of one of our salesman in the oversight of the potential problem that could and did occur.We will have this resolved in 30 days or less.Our exterior crews for siding and soffits are in the Dallas and San Antonio markets due to extreme Hail Storms this year and are currently booked solid through the end of the year.I am now in the process of finding a handyman that will service Huffman area.

The telephone number a left in my three telephone messages was my cell phone number that I always have in my pocket. No return calls were made to my telephone. If a call had been made to my cell phone that went unanswered there would have been a notification of a missed call. No email from the company was received. I went to the office yesterday at 9:00 AM and no one was there. I made a phone call from the office parking lot and left a message that if they did not call me by yesterday evening that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. There was a period of approximately 9 hours from the time of my message until the filing of the complaint, plenty of time for them to have called me and avoided the complaint.Every time I called and left a message, I said it was regarding the [redacted] Certification. It should have been apparent to them that I had not received the information requested.
