Review: On 11/3/15 I ordered a left and right parking bake lever( item # [redacted] and [redacted]) I was told that the part was on back order but I should call on 11/5/15 to find out the exact date that the part would be in. Sense then I have made numerous call and have gotten nothing but the run around and no one will tell me when my part will be available and it is almost 2 months and still I didn't get a date for pick up for my partsDesired Settlement: I would like to know when I can pick up my parts

Customer ordered a part that was on back order at the time of initial order. Customer was advised part will not be available to beginning of January. Part is scheduled to Arrive at Dealership 01/06/16. Customer has been called to advise of date for pick up
