Bell has the worst customer service. As a customer that has been with Bell since 2006 they do not value your loyalty. I was hoping to upgrade my phone since my plan expired with the existing plan that I have but Bell does not want to do so. They want to raise my plan 25 dollars because I want to upgrade, which does not make sense. [redacted]. I have been with them for almost 10 years and they want to offer me a plan that is being offered to new customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review is helpful.
