I bought a 2006 tacoma Toyota from bell ford ,I contacted the dealer talked to Kipp he was one of the sales people
I asked for pictures of truck frame and how is it and was it really rusted
He replies with few pictures but they didn't show how bad the rust was when I discovered it
These guys are dishonest and should not be trusted, lesson learned never trust a car guy

Review: I was attempting to lease a 2014 Black [redacted] Explorer from this dealer and was told that I needed to put a credit card on file and they would bring the car in from another [redacted] dealer in brooklyn. However, when the car arrived it was missing several key items that were negotiated prior to giving my credit card(e.g. 20" inch rims, remote start, all weather mats etc..). Furthermore, the price that was negotiated with the salesman was $330 per month and when the car arrived, that paticular salesman called out "sick" and the finance manager proceeded to attempt to lease me the vehicle for $60 more per month(stating that is what the car always costs and the salesman gave me wrong information) than originally negotiated and told me he needed to charge me for the items that were missing from the car.I refused to pay any money and asked that they refund my credit card. The finance manager and a NEW salesman there that day assured me that I would get all of my money back and apologized for the confusion. However, my [redacted] was still charged $1,000 and it has not been refunded. I called the dealership on 3 seperate days and was told by the receptionist that I could only leave my name and phone number and someone will call me back. I attempted to get her name, the name of the finance manager or the name of the general manager and she refused them all. I tried to call [redacted] but because it has been more than 60 days, they can not open a claim. Below are the transaction details.[redacted] - $1,000Desired Settlement: I simply want the $1,000 refunded.

Review: We have had our 2013 Ford Escape @ Bell Ford for about 7 months now.The vehicle had been towed there due to engine failure. Every time we call they have a different excuse on why the vehicle has not been repaired. The first excuse was Ford corp had to come down and inspect the vehicle so the engine could be repaired or replaced under warranty. That was the excuse for about 3-4 months. We finally heard back from Bell Ford and the repair was approved and should be done in 2 weeks. We call back 2 weeks later and They said they have not started on the car because they do not have the tool to operate on the ECO boost engine. So that would take another 3 weeks.Called back a month later they have the tools and will be starting that week. I have called atleast 3 more times in the following weeks and expressed my dissatisfaction to be told " Sorry im new here but they are working on your car as we speak" I believe the gentleman's name was [redacted].. This is completely unacceptable all we want is our done and back on the road. We have been making lease payments for a vehicle that has been sitting in the shop...Desired Settlement: It would be great if someone from Revdex.com could reach out and make them aware that we are filing this complaint and would like our vehicle already...
