Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] To Whom It May Concern:In response from the pet storeI was given the option to return the puppy and they would nourish him back but I was not told there would be around the clock care for himAs thepet store is not open around the clock and neither is the vet because [redacted] did have to stay overnight night at the vet and at night time he was left alone [redacted] was pretty sick and I didn't wanthim to be alone so as soon as I could pick him up I didI wasn't given the option to re purchase at a discounted priceAs far as getting reumburrsed for the vet bills that is partof the warranty that is providedSo he didn't go above and beyond on thisAs far as the unlicensed breeder certificate I don't know how legiate this isI can forward you acopy of it if you woud likeI don't believe he came from a bredderIf the certificate was legiate it shouldn't have taken over 24hrs to be sent to meThe distrubutor wouldn't evenreturn any of my callsWhen I sent Nick from the pet store an email about the distributor being charged in the past on running a puppy mill I got no response.I feel we are getting ripped off and the pet store isn't telling the whole truth on where the dog came fromI would like some sort of discount on thisThey have donenothing but given a big run around and has caused a lot of aggrevation and stress on my part.When adopting a pet they become like a child and knowing how sick [redacted] was I wanted to take care of him so I know he was properly being taken care of just like I wouldn’t givemy child to someone to get him back to healthThis wasn't my big concern when I initially made the complaintThe compaint was us getting over charged but I started from thebeginning of what went on.Hoping you can help get this resolvedThank You3/21/

We offered *** *** with the three options provided by the New York State Puppy Lemon Law as follows:1.) Customer can return the puppy and receive full reimbursement of the purchase price of the puppy2.) Customer can return the puppy and choose a different one of equal price3.)
Customer can keep the puppy and receive reimbursement for veterinarian expenses up to the purchase price of the puppyThen we even offered to go above and beyond the state laws and our written warranty by allowing the customer to return the puppy and receive a full reimbursementAllowing us to properly nourish this puppy and provide with around the clock care from our trained staff and certified licensed veterinarianAfter the puppy would be cleared by our veterinarian, we would offer the customer to re-purchase the puppy at a discounted price to compensate for any inconvenienceThe customer refused this option and instead choose to seek reimbursement from our warranty companyOur warranty company fulfilled their obligations by reimbursing *** *** for those expensesWe also provided *** with a unlicensed breeder certificate from our distributor upon requestI'm not sure what else this customer would like for us to do?

We offered the customer the three options provided by the New York State Puppy Lemon Law and went above and beyond with a fourthWe provided the customer with a Unlicensed Breeder Certificate upon requestThe warranty company fulfilled their obligations by reimbursing the customer for veterinarian expenses. We are completely transparent in regards to the origin of our dogsWe are sorry the customer is dissatisfied but their is nothing additional we can provide for them
