Bell Plaza Sports Club

I had a horrible experience with this business. They overbilled me for the services rendered as they billed for 3 days of visits instead of 2 days. They also billed for service they never did and I had to have another plumber come in and remove a fixture that apparently was defected.
I wanted to call and contest the charges and the person answering the phone hung up on me. This occurred a few times after I kept calling. Since I had no luck reaching them by phone, I went to physical location of the establishment. When I brought the issue and identified who I was, the person at the front desk told me to get out. I said I want talk to the manager and not you, and they said I am the owner. They said leave or I will call the police. I said I am here to contest this invoice as the charges are not legitimate. Soon after the police arrived and they told me to take them to small claims court.
This is such a rude and unprofessional business which charges for services they don't do. It was a nightmare of an experience and I encourage others to seek other plumbing services that are honest and upfront with you.
