Review: I had family portraits done almost a year ago. I ordered a package for $1600 that included the digital images, a USB with the digital images, prints of the images, and one piece of custom made wall art. I received the digital images, but despite multiple requests and promises that the items would be delivered, I have not yet received teh USB with digital images, prints of the images, or the custom made wall art.

A package with just the digital image cost $1300 (300 less than I paid)Desired Settlement: I would like my USB with digital images, prints of my images, and my wall art.

If this cannot be done, I will accept a refund for $300 (price difference between the packages)

I made one error in my complaint. I paid $1900 and the package without the extra products was 1300, so the difference in $600.

Review: We hired [redacted] to photograph our family in October 2013. After our session, we purchased a package worth over $1000, which was supposed to include a "Signature Storybook". It is now January 2015 and after repeatedly calling and emailing [redacted] with no response, I still have not received our photo book. She has provided me with a litany of excuses as to why we have not received it but now I cannot even get her to respond to me. It is especially distressing as I know many friends have used [redacted] this year for their holiday photos and they received those in a timely manner yet I am still waiting for a product from 2013. I would like a refund asap. Despite the fact that I think [redacted] photographs are wonderful, the delay, run-around and complete lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional.Desired Settlement: If [redacted] cannot get us the photobook within in the next two weeks, I want an immediate refund. Luckily I paid her over a YEAR ago with my [redacted], so if the Revdex.com cannot work out a settlement with her, I will pursue my claim with [redacted].

Review: We had a session scheduled with the business owner on Thursday, September 3rd at an agreed-upon location and time. The business owner had confirmed our session time and date by email, and I had written her an email to confirm again early this morning (but never heard back). The business owner failed to show up to our session, and didn't get in touch with us to let us know that she would not be meeting us. She had the option to text, call, or email and did not utilize any communication medium to contact us regarding her apparent change in plans. Calls, texts and emails to the business owner while we waited for her at our agreed-upon location and time went unanswered and un-responded to.

Our family spent $450 on the prepaid session, and an additional $700 and many hours of wasted time to prepare for the session (clothing, hair/makeup, driving, waiting, etc.) that she decided to stand us up for.

This is an absolutely horrific business practice.

We did a session with this photographer a year ago, and also experienced many communication issues, frustration and broken promises, though she did show up to the session and we did ultimately receive our photos. I should have known based on that experience as well as the tremendous difficulty in nailing down a date for this year's session that hiring this photographer again was a terrible idea.Desired Settlement: Refund at least the $450 session fee, and consider compensating us for our wasted time and additional money spent to prepare for the session she stood us up for as well.
