Bell Raceworks

My experience with Bell Raceworks:
I purchased the bell raceworks SC400 lower control arms that are advertised as OEM replacements on March 25th. I finally received the parts on April 18th after contacting them multiple times (they never tried to contact me once) to find out what was going on. He blamed it on his system wanting to make the shipping label for my billing address and not my shipping address.

After having the control arms installed at the Lexus dealer my front end is sitting 2-3 inches lower. After further inspection Lexus took measurements of the control arms vs the stock arms and found the shock mount is 20mm off from stock on the arms I received causing the car to sit 2-3 inches lower.

When I inquired with Bell Raceworks as to how they would remedy the situation after I am out $570 on parts and $750 for labor on the install and alinement they offered to take the parts back minus 20%. So they want to charge me for their fabrication mistakes!!!

I don't know if I just got a bad pair. I gave him a chance to do the right thing and resolve this but he has chosen to place the blame on me.
