Please find attached Addendum implemented by Craig, that was requested to be removed by the lenderCraig sent me a spreadsheet stating that it explained where my deposit went (to closing costs)I would be happy to forward that to you also. Craig stated that my deposit was gone as did Charlene P*** after he explained it to her.

I have been advised of your situation. To clarify, our office has an independent contractor who was a listing agent for the home you purchased. He only represented to sale of the home at no point did he handle a security deposit for the property. You reviewed and
signed off on a HUD statement which addressed the purchase of your home and all cost associated with it.
It is my understanding that you had a RENTAL agreement with another agency. You had a contractual duty to pay the deposit and rent to them. They have a contractual duty to refund your deposit to you. Please remove this fraudulent complaint against my company and contact your property manager with whom you had a rental agreement with for the refund of your deposit
