DO NOT GO THERE!! Just like Shelby said, "money is their top priority." I'm looking my loving dog in the eyes right now, which they charged $500 to try and kill. They misdiagnosed her AND then...wait for it...recommend I euthanize her...After proper diagnosis and a few months in a wheel chair she is running jumping and LOVING life NO THANKS TO THEM...Thank God that I, a person with NO veterinarian experience, decided to get a second opinion. Horrified with my experience, but still being a an understanding person I paid nearly $400+ for this hellish experience and now they have sent me to collections for the remaining whopping $100..Because god forbid they not get EVERY penny for the meds she did NOT need and lets be sure to add to the misery and the days my baby and I spent thinking it'd be her last based on their negligent recommendation. Now to add to your list of reasons why not to go...I expressed these very valid points to the staff and was led to believe they actually empathized with me..NO ONE I repeat NO ONE attempted to contact me for OVER A YEAR concerning this concern-ably huge $100 debt..I'm assuming they were hurting for money so bad they went through the filing cabinet and just starting pulling debts with NO regard or concern to the affect it would have on the individuals AND their establishment.

I have been going to Bell Ridge for 3 yrs now and the reason I had to find a vet. was not a good one (our English/Bassett mix just was not acting right) and we found out he had cancer. The first sign was a bump or lump the size of a pea under his jaw line, it only took 18 days before we lost him. The staff and Vets. where great and very professinal. We had a replacement dog and so far every thing is ok there. Now I have a puppy and they have not kept their appts with me the staff has been lazy or complacent in their jobs, the issues that have had w/my pup have been small and simple but it seems to me that if you have to take up more time then they have alotted you the vet is distracted, staff is looking to get your money and you go. So my experience latly has not been good, I need to have a peace of mind when I leave the vets that my dog will be OK and I don't have thet with my pups evaluations. So I am looking for another vet.

Review: Terrible experience. I boarded my dog there for one week. They lost her collar, all of her tags and her leash. They told me that they are not responsible for lost items. They insinuated that I took the collar off before I dropped my dog there. I called in a day and they said that they had looked everywhere and that there is no way that the items were there. So I went and bought new collar, leash and had tags made. They called in three days and told me that they found the things and said that they were "sorry". However, they would not reimburse any of my costs of replacement. "Sorry" is good but their mistake cost me money. I would NEVER return there because of their lack of responsibility. How did they lose these things anyway?Desired Settlement: Reimburse my costs.
