Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matterAt Canadian Box Office, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms [redacted] 's concernsRegarding Ms [redacted] 's claim that the specifics of our pricing were not made clear on our website prior to purchase, it should be noted that this is inaccuratePrior to Ms [redacted] selecting tickets, the following message was displayed across every ticket listing page on our site: "Prices set by sellers and listed in US Dollars (USD), may be over face-value." Additionally, this information was presented in large, bold text on the checkout page with the message: "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Directly below this statement, Ms [redacted] selected a box to indicate her agreement with this statement and continue with her orderLikewise, in reference to her claim that the currency of the transaction was not stated on the Order Summary, it should be noted that the Order Summary email Ms [redacted] received immediately after purchase did contain this information.Because of the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, we are unable to offer refunds for any ordersHowever, as part of our ongoing effort to provide excellent customer service to our customers, we did offer to provide a courtesy resolution to this matter prior to receiving this complaintAt that time, Ms [redacted] indicated that she did not wish to speak with us furtherSince receiving this complaint, we have reached out to Ms [redacted] , but have been unsuccessful in reaching her by phone or emailIf she would like to discuss a resolution to this matter, or if she has any additional questions or concerns, we encourage Ms [redacted] to reach out to a member of our customer service teamAt this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Canadian Box Office
