Our air conditioner obviously had to break down in the midst of a ridiculously hot week. We contacted Reid Heating & Cooling, met with the owners the next day to discuss models and what was the best fit for our home and the new AC was installed the following day.
We received an e-mail 15 mins. before the arrival of Peter and Angel to advise that they were on their way over. Both gentlemen were very kind (smiled and chatted with my baby), efficient (worked hard without breaks), knowledgeable (answered all of my questions and even gave advice on how to get more cold air to certain areas on the house) and respectful of our home (placed down mats from the entry way down to the furnace room).
Upon completion of the job, the warranty was clearly explained and I was provided with the appropriate paper work for my records.
