BOUGHT YEAR MILE WARRANTY TIRES FROM BELL TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE,WORE OUT IN 1/YEARS MILES AND BASICALLY WOULD NOT WARRANTY OF THE TIRES AND VERY LITTLE ON THE OTHER 2,TOOK MY WARRANTY TO A LOCAL BUSINESS WHO WARRANTIED ALL OF THE TIRES WITH A DOLLAR CREDIT TO A PURCHASE OF A SET OF NEW TIRES.WATCH OUT FOR HOW THEY WARRANTY TIRES!!!!!

BOUGHT 6 YEAR 50000 MILE WARRANTY TIRES FROM BELL TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE,WORE OUT IN 2 1/2 YEARS 18000 MILES AND BASICALLY WOULD NOT WARRANTY 2 OF THE TIRES AND VERY LITTLE ON THE OTHER 2,TOOK MY WARRANTY TO A LOCAL BUSINESS WHO WARRANTIED ALL 4 OF THE TIRES WITH A 500 DOLLAR CREDIT TO A PURCHASE OF A SET OF NEW TIRES.WATCH OUT FOR HOW THEY WARRANTY TIRES!!!!!

To whom it may concern, Regarding complaint. On June 30th 2014(last year), [redacted] called me for a quote on replacing cooling fan. I put a estimate together at that time and saved it in the revisions for that vehicle, it is one of the jpg attachments and still in our [redacted] system. On June...

27th 2015 [redacted] asked how much for the ac compressor, again I put an estimate together and saved it, the other jpg is attached. I had to take pics of the monitor as it will not print with dates. Both [redacted] and his wife [redacted] came in on June 29th 2015 to replace the cooling fan. We had a very detailed discussion about the cooling fan not working and all the reasons it should be replaced, including the possibilty that the ac could be affected by it not working. Never once did I tell them or elude to the fact that replacing the fan would fix the ac. As a matter of fact, I told them that as a caveat, once we replace it I am in no way saying that it will fix it. We had at least a 30 to forty minute conversation at the front counter in great detail and I never said it was overheating, but surprised it had not, she said she only drives to work with is very close. They finally said to do it. After we replaced the fan, we checked the ac and it was still warm at idle. I told them that, and said at that time it might likely need a compressor considering how long they drove it with the fan not working, that could contribute to it's failure. Sorry but I will not be refunding any money for the repair that performed because after the lengthy discussion we had at the counter, I can't believe she left thinking the ac was working properly. Hopefully her new repair shop can do better job explaining the complete repair procedure and invoice pricing in detail better than I thought I did. Not to mention we fixed her husband's ac for a lot less than they expected and gave them 140.00 worth of discounts on both cars at the same time, I think I already went well beyond expectations....
