Bell Tower Apartments

I am so sorry. I have spoke with the supervisor over maintenance at that property this morning and he assured me that it would be fixed today. Again we apologize. I just became aware of this problem this morning.

The staff at Bell Tower missed the mailman yesterday. He normally goes into the office but was over looked. We need the mailman's assistance in replacing the lock. Hopefully we will complete today. We are not equipped to transport residents to and from the post office.  We sincerely apologize for the delay, and the inconvienence this has caused you and any other of our valued residents that were affected by the vandalism. Please be a little more patient, as soon as the mailman gets there today it will be fixed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do not accept this response because I can’t believe Bell Tower’s response was that, “we just found out about this problem today.” Management has known about this problem since early December which was the exact time the residence had to go to the post office about 10 miles away to receive their mail. As I said earlier in the initial complaint, the management at Bell Tower’s Apt.’s was prolonging the repair by laying the responsibility to the [redacted] to repair the damaged post box’s when the management knew the  whole time that the responsibility was on the apartment complex to repair the post boxes. I’ve talked the Postal workers in more than two occasions where they have told me that the Postal worker had explained to the management at Bell Tower that Bell Tower had to repair the post boxes. I, nor everyone else in the apartment cannot believe that the management would say something like they had just found out about this when they have known for over a month. I will believe they repaired the post boxes only when I see it since I know the management hasn’t been telling anyone the truth. Let’s just see if they repair it today.
