I would never deal with Bell again. When we discontinued our service they tried to say we had to return our PVR, which we paid for in full, and sent us statements and then bills. Monthly I would call and each supervisor told me a credit would appear on the NEXT bill, and to not worry. A credit NEVER appeared and then they forwarded the bill to a collections agency! We were furious and called in one last time suggesting that we would hire a lawyer if this was not taken care of immediately. It has been two weeks and we have not heard from the collection agency again, so I believe it has finally been resolved. There is no excuse that we had to fight for six months to get this resolved and with no compensation for our time. If we had not paid our bills on time they would be compensated with interest, so it is unfair it does not go both ways. Save yourself the headaches and long phone calls and go somewhere else!
