Per our conversation , this is to advise you that the customer *** *** was contacted on 5/9/and we did send replacement pieces (as he requested) to complete the assembly of his damaged unit.He was contacted via e-mail yesterday to see if the parts were received in good order*** did
reply that the parts were received, but he is out of the country presently and has not had the opportunity to inspect the shipment.Once he returns home he will inspect the shipment and get back to usHis request number in our Customer Service Portal is for any future reference.
