Thank you for the opportunity to address the above referenced customer complaintWith over years in business, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our customers and we work hard to resolve any issues that may arise within that scopeCindy, one of our office managers, did speak
directly to the consumer on October 12, 2016, prior to the filing of this complaintIt was explained that all of the information available to the office staff indicated that the instructor was arriving at the correctly scheduled time for the student’s driving lesson and that no changes had been made to the lesson timeHowever, it was acknowledged that mistakes can and do happenIt was further explained that we had two (2) instructors take unexpected leaves of absence for personal reasons and this required us to rearrange all of our instructor schedules to accommodate their students and school assignmentsIt is not our operating procedure to move scheduled appointments but, when we do, we notify each student either by phone or emailAll lessons, whether 45, or minutes in length, begin when the instructor arrives for the lessonThis ensures that if our instructor is delayed for any reason, the student receives the full amount of time for their lessonAny information the consumer was given that said otherwise was incorrectFollowing the phone conversation addressing these issues, it seemed that the consumer was satisfied with the discussion and additional lessons were scheduled with one of our instructorsWe understand that, even with our best efforts, we may still have consumers who are unhappy with the service we provideIn these cases, we offer a full refund for any monies paid for services with no obligation to the consumerA full refund was issued to this consumer on October 18,
