In June of 2008, I purchased a wedding band and a watch from Diamond Dream Wholesale & Supply in Helena, MontanaBoth were sold with a lifetime warranty from Jewelry Innovations, whom manufactured the tungsten carbide in both productsJewelry Innovations still claims a lifetime warranty on their products through their website (screenshot taken today)However, the company has decided they no longer want to deal in tungsten and refuse to support their previous tungsten productsMy wedding band is so badly degraded that the outside is hardly recognizable as tungsten, while the inside remains exactly as it was when purchasedThe SwissTungsten watch had the band break during wearBoth should be covered under the lifetime warrantyThe retailer who sold me the products told me to contact Jewelry Innovations directly, but every phone call is met with an answering machine and calls are not returned
