We do not keep any estimates on hand once the customer has accepted to have the car repairedIf the customer rejects the repairs its left under review on their ticket for estimate. We only did what the customer approvedWe explained everything to him in detail before it was doneIf he would like to give us a call and discuss the matter I would be willing to talk to him
