We are currently working with this customer to resolve the issues with the order in questionsWe at Fashion Cabinet strive to be a leader in customer serviceWe also try to make sure our dealer network feels comfortable with Fashion CabinetAs such we felt it necessary to make sure of our dealers position before we began dealing directly with his customerAlso, the items in question were not sent wrong, they were not ordered correctlyA base filler will always come 4" shorter than the product code indicates as it is meant for a base cabinet with a toe kickThe scratched panel in question was purchased by the customer as a used item from a garage of the dealer and as such would not be under warranty for a scratch
