5 months ago we moved out of Bella. About a month after we received our refund check. On our check included 4 names. 3 of us who signed the lease and 1 who was just a roommate with no financial responsibility. Since said person was not responsible we called Bella right away to get it changed. They said they would look into it. Weeks passed and we called and called again. They put my husband on hold for 30 mins twice, would hang up on me (they would screen my number and pick up the phone then hang up). We talked with corporate and they had it figured out about 2 months later saying that Bella would have to processes it. Another month passes. We call both Bella and corporate again. Corporate tells us there is a new management in at the apartment and to get in touch with the new manager. He says he fixed it and asked for our address again to send it to. Another month passes, and we had to call again. This new manager was always busy when we would call and was to call us back. The 4th time in over a week he finally answers us and is confused by the situation. He seemed to have "forgotten" us. Eventually after almost 5 months of dealing with them we finally got our check. After calling regional corporate, national corporate, and the Bella office multiple times. The inconvenience of this was horrible. We loved living there but now will never live under this company. It's very upsetting that a business was trying to give money to someone who had no right to it and seem to not care for months.
