Bella Bath

Bella Bath no showed for appointment and now I want my money back.I purchased a deal from [redacted] for grout cleaning from Bella Bath. When I went to use it, it was already marked redeemed. After several phone calls and voicemail messages left, there was no response from Bella Bath. I contacted [redacted] and eventually heard back from them (not Bella Bath) that the coupon had been fixed. I then called several times and left messages to set up an appointment to no avail. Eventually I spoke with someone and set up an appointment for 1:30 March 20th. I did not add on the grout sealing that they offered, just wanted the cleaning included in the coupon.My husband and I removed all of the furniture including a refrigerator and cleaned the area.Bella Bath no showed for the appointment. I called an left a message about an hour after the appointment time, no one responded. The next day, I contacted [redacted]. Several days later [redacted] said Bella Bath said there was no appointment and that I need to contact Bella Bath. I called again, because they have yet to call me back from my message on the 20th, and this time they called me back. After I explained, the woman said there wasn't an appointment marked. But she will call me back within 40 minutes. I have not received that call back.I have cleaned the area myself. I am not interested in the service anymore and I want my money back.Desired SettlementI would like my money back.Business Response Good morning. We were all shocked to see this complaint, as we have never had one before. We were informed by [redacted] that they would refund the money back, as this issue has never happened before. When we spoke with the representative of [redacted], they did in fact give us two options on rectifying the situation, and we decided to have [redacted] refund their money back since they are the ones that processed their credit card and not our company. To sum it up in short, we were informed that [redacted] would take care of this matter. We will reach back out to [redacted] today to get something in writing stating this or we will just exercise our second option. We were only going on what we were told.
