This is a long oneI have always been hesitant on cold callersThis company called me and assured me they were different from other companies“Government backed.” I took the chanceThese people ran my credit, made me go through loops to get them some crazy amount of paperwork and they came back at me as APPROVED FOR 125,000K business loanAt first I said I’m looking for 70K they assured me (via email and phone) I was more than approved for the full 125KThey talked me into doing the foot workEnough work to the point where I started signing leases and began expanding my business (restaurant)One morning I get a call that I couldn’t get any loan at allI have a business that has 350,000k sales and profits 45-50%, no bankruptcy’s or major credit issues and business in great standing and after I paid myself the company still profits 50kTheir minimum was 15KI have three kids including a newborn and a stay at home wife and not getting the funding that I was promised and declined for for no good reason so now I have a major lossI had a previous balance with another company they were going to pay off (small balance) and they gave me legal advice to stop making payments to this other companyI did and now I’m in a sh [redacted] storm of trouble and this company should never give anyone legal advice and then back out on funding when someone has made movements to expanding a business and lifeWhen the underwriter has looked through everything three times and on the fourth they decline to give me not even 50KNothingThey are liable for all damagesDo not work with this company
Please investigate these scammersThey contacted me not the other way around and offered me a loanI have amazing credit and great business financials so they convinced me to apply [redacted] a senior Underwriter approved me in writing, then [redacted] the scammer gets involved and for months him and [redacted] drag me and my family through the ringer supllying document after document We supplied every document immediatelyAfter two months and After them approving me in writing me and my family made some additional hires and purchased an additonal package of inventoryNow we face possible insolvencyNow the slick talking [redacted] the scammer tried to back out of my approval saying for some reason they needed to re-run my score when I was already told I was approved with the score that I had—it was approved in writing [redacted] proceeded to tell me that [redacted] was only a “sales person and had no authority to approve me“ but the email where [redacted] prove me states that she’s a “seni

This company approved my business for a sba loan with the government, they asked us for money, made us change the insurance to Higher coverage, also made us submit personal and confidential documentationThru the whole process which tool around months my application was handled by different people, they were getting fired or they quit because they realized this company is a scamOnce I submitted all my Financials and IRS transcripts they said that I was getting funded between to weeksIt took me months to find out that my loan was supposedly declined and they didn't informed me about itIt took me weeks and phone calls to know they were hiding the thruth and that every thing they stated about an approval was a lie
