Regards, As I have stated to Tom Jrand Senior regarding time and I did give Tom Jra time that was good for them and me...which is documented if needed to see.Side note...if I have to put a rug in front of my shower door to stop the water from hitting the floor you still feel that it's only a little bit of water...So I guess you sending me a copy of the warranty for the shower door and telling me that I had to now handle it myself isn't reason for me to want to get it fixed and fixed right and also it hasn't even been a year for me to be having any kinds of problems at all.But anyway I'm available for someone to come out to fixed the problem between the hours of 11am and 2pm which is around the time Tom Jrcame out before but I guess he don't remember that either...So please let me know if this time frame is convenient for your staff because as you stated I don't want to stress them out which I found crazy and I'm the one who's trying to get my problems fixed

Review: Paid a $5000 deposit to Bella Brothers at contract signing for roof repairs and siding totaling $16,360 .. Months passed.. Nothing happened.. No response or permits requested.. Phones calls not responded to.. I believe Bella Brothers took my deposit with no intention of doing the job.. In the months I've been waiting serious water leakage has caused additional damage and the gutter has fallen off... I am now facing the winter months and possible snow. I fear that heavy snow will collapse this roof.. I am 63 and on a retirement income... I had to withdraw money from my 401k retirement savings... Beware people.. Don't even think of calling these heartless liars.Desired Settlement: Bella Brothers please refund my deposit.. Please give back the $5000 deposit on the contract you breached....

In response to **. [redacted], there was never a phone call to this office once to ask for his money back. There was an issue with the permit, he did not want inspectors in his home. That left me wondering how I was to go about securing permit and taking care of the job. The job got pushed by the way-side. Upon his request for the money, I would be glad to return it, even though Bella Brothers has incurred expenses with this project.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a great liar. I had no problem with township permits or inspections, nor did I express any . In fact I personally went to the township office and was told Bella Brothers never even applied for any permits on my property. Bella Brothers has had weeks to refund the money and never did.. They never had any intent to do the work. Bella Brothers practices fraud against senior citzens and then tries to intimidate them from going to the authorities. [redacted], where is my $5000 deposit refund.. Why don't you just refund the money for work you never intended to do. Beware, Bella Brothers and [redacted] are no good. Stay away.......

In repsonse to [redacted], I adamantly deny any action on my part or my company pertaining to fraud or intimidation as he has accused. **. [redacted] never requested to cancel his contract, or a refund until he sent a letter to the Revdex.com. He states I have never returned his call, so when was any intimidation tactics able to be used against him? He has also stated to me and to my project manager that he has an additional existing roof under the main roof that was stopping all leaks. He would never once let me in his property. I had to stand out in his driveway to even sign the contract with him. So I was never able to see the existing conditions.

If **. [redacted] is willing to sign a mutual release, I will let him out of his contract, and at the same time I will return his $5,000 deposit. I am enclosing a copy of the mutual release. I'm also mailing a copy certified to **. [redacted]'s home. I will also be sending the Revdex.com paperwork and mutual release to the Bensalem Police Department and the attorney General.
