I spoke to Pete who first contacted me last week after I submitted the complaint and he stated that he can either fix the vehicle for me the rotors and breaks or I can “wash my hands with the car”I am not the first customer that has experienced problems with cars purchased from this company Yes my car was in a rear end colision, the car has had problems since the first time I reported problems with this car within the month of owning it I want what Pete offered me which was “ we will close the contract as if you purchased the car” I do not want this to negatively impact my credit as now my circumstances have changed and I can with no problem register my car with plates but I do not wish to do business with someone who says something and does another My account as of 2/according to the finance rep I have spoken to named Lala was past days due and at around $it went up to $qbecause of the repo fees and they took the car on 2/

To Whom It May Concern: After several attempts to collect payment of $past due on her account we had no choice but to reposes *** T’s Suzuki Grand VataraAfter speaking with *** T on 2/16/about her situation she dropped off the key and we had our service department look at
her vehicle to see if there was an issue with the motor making noise, after inspecting the vehicle we found there to be no issue with the motor but she had put on more than 25,mile on the vehicle in a yearThe Vehicle has been in a rear end collision that has caused permanent damage to the rear of the vehicleDuring inspection we also found the front wheel bearing is where the noise is coming from and will need to be replacedOnce inspection was complete we called *** and told her we would fix the wheel bearing replace the front axle because the wheel bearing was so bad it stripped the threads on the axel so this needs replaced also, put a new rotor on drivers side and do the front brakes at a cost of $for just the parts not including the labor we will be doing to get her back on the roadWe also explained to her we were going to credit her account $the remaining balance of the motor we installed for her months ago which would bring her account current and she could pick the vehicle back up and continue to make her payments and keep the vehicleAfter this she now explained she cannot get license plates for the vehicle because she has DMV fees she has not paid since she bought the vehicle over a year agoAfter speaking with *** on 2/20/she has decided to voluntary surrender her vehicle and not keep the remainder of her contract obligationShe will be picking up her belongings out of the vehicle and we have waived the fees associated with the repossession

Per phone conversation with Ms. [redacted] 02/20/2018 all parties are in agreement of resolution of her concerns.
