Review: Bella Candles promote that all their candles include real .925silver jewlery. I received two rings from them that are cleary not real, and turn my fingers green. Ive tried contacting them, and they have blocked me from their facebook page.Desired Settlement: I would like if they could send me two that are actually real, like advertised

Review: I ordered two candles and both were paid for when I placed the order. I only recieved one candle. The order online said both were shipped in same package. I sent a request via email and thru [redacted] about the issue. Could not speak to anyone when calling the customer serivce number.Desired Settlement: Would like $12.99 for the candle plus 3.99 for shipping as a refund for a total of $16.98.

Review: I have ordered tarts from her on September 13, 2014 I am still waiting for them. She is still open for business and I don't get any answers from her. Her latest email stated her husband left her, blah blah blah.Desired Settlement: Deliver my order!!

Review: I ordered and paid for a candle on June 16, 2013. I did not get the candle and sent several emails requesting update on product shipment. Did not get a response until September 8, 2013. The response was from owner [redacted] it read "Omg I just now saw this email I'm so so sorry and I don't know why you haven't received this I mailed like 3 wks after ordered, I will remake it and give you a upgraded 16oz for this ridiculous wait and trouble!"Today is November 22, 2013, and still no candle. I have sent several more emails and no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the candle that I ordered and paid for.
