haircut was crooked and style destroyedcolor, usually left on for approx.60 min, only left on for 30 minutes and did not take. root areas were missed. this has happened to me at the same location about three times and I never complained. I was starting a new job the next week and my hair looked terrible. I had to cut it myself and fix the color with a box color. this time, I complained because I was hurt that this would happen. I left a message on her phone because she doesn't work everyday. I asked her to send my 80.00 back to me in the mail. Instead she contacted my home number and spoke to a relative of how I did not sound right.Desired SettlementI would like my 80.00 back. This is an inconvenience, as I have trusted her and now I need to find another stylist. I have had this problem with another salon, [redacted], which I did contact Revdex.com about. The resolution was agreed upon that they would send back my 100.00, which they never did. I do not have the reference number regarding this. Both reputable salons, both I, as a customer, am tired of being taken advantage of. In addition, I referred people to both of these locations. Let down.
