poor customer services, I was told my bill was paid in full for service and when I returned to finish the work I was getting they sprung a lab fee charge which I had not prepared to pay and could not get the service

We first agreed to a price. In the meeting with the finance folks, they pushed a bunch of paperwork in front of us and tried to pass through a higher price. The finance person said "my bad" when we caught his "mistake" and tore up the contract when we refused to sign. He reprinted a new contract with the agreed upon purchase price and finance rate. We signed. Then, they when they did not call on delivery as promised, we contacted them. They attempted to change the terms of the deal; first, they wanted more money down. Then they wanted to change the finance rate. We spent several hours going back and forth and each time, the deal changed. We simply wanted them to honor the contract we both agreed to initially. We finally decided to cancel the contract and not buy the RV from them.

BEWARE. There are other, more reputable dealers out there. Many reviews have warned against dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with them. You'll be much happier for it.

They try to scam you by making you pay upfront an amount then billing your insurance a different amount then refusing to give you your refund. They owe us 2700.00. I will sue .
