Assigned ID: [redacted] Customer purchased online gift card through our company for $on 12/3/via website, she contacted our customer service line with concerns that she did not receive confirmationAfter looking up her order it shows that she had the coupon code sent to a different email address (to the person she was gifting it to) she requested that I void it and resend it to her email addressAlthough I made the change immediately, she called the next day because she still had not seen an email from us with the coupon codeAfter speaking to her on the phone she decided she wanted us to send a physical gift card to her(Store Gift card) which then had to get approved by our District Manager, after approval we created the physical gift card, voided the online code and shipped it to customer on 12/8/Based on tracking information, gift card delivered to customer 12/13/2016.Please contact me if there is anything else we can do to sort this matter out.Regards,
