to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum products on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/13/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees $4.95 for the Skin Cream and $4.95 for the Eye Serum. The trial expired on 10/28/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/28/2017, $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.However the Skin Cream charge for $99.01 was declined and processed on 11/03/2017.The following month on 11/28/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments, $99.01 for the Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.However the Eye Serum charge for $98.71 was declined and later cancelled due to no payment. The following month on 12/03/2017 the customer was charged $99.01 for a new shipment of Skin Cream.The following month on 01/03/2017 the customer was charged again $99.01 for a new shipment of the Skin Cream.The following month on 02/03/2017 the customer was charged  $99.01 for a new shipment of Skin Cream.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/07/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Unfortunately.the customer’s account has been flagged as a chargeback for the disputed charges. At this time the chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and be able provide any refunds as necessary.Please relay this message to our customer, and feel free to let us know if you should have any questions.

"Our Company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied"  If this was true I would never have reached out to the Revdex.com which my Bank recommended,  since from my Original Complaint I NEVER ORDERED this Bella Essence, ONLY PRODUCT I had ORDERED ONLINE was [redacted] on 10/14/2016, I cancelled [redacted] on 11/3/2016.  Passed the 14 day trial period so YES I was charged since I did not call before the 14 days.  I NEVER CANCELLED BELLA  ESSENCE because I NEVER ORDERED it, BUT on 2/7/2017 when I realized I was being charged for this I immediately called BELLA ESSENCE number was listed on my bank statement.  I spoke with an [redacted] and Supervisor [redacted] which I was advised VERY Rudely that when I cancelled the [redacted] on 11/3 I should have also called A DIFFERENT 1800 number to cancel BELLA ESSENCE order??  I tried to explain to Supervisor [redacted] that I NEVER ordered this product.  She then explained if I send back the products I could get a partial refund??  I advised that I will contact my bank to dispute these charges.  So Now apparently my bank stated that I had LOST this dispute which the forms sent to the bank from BELLA ESSENCE DID NOT show I Had purchased this product??  I Called back Bella Essence and was first speaking with a Jay, I asked for him to transfer to a SUPERVISOR, his response was that my account is now "FLAGGED"  and he would not Transfer me to a Supervisor.  I called back again spoke with [redacted] at first he stated the samething but I pleaded with him stating how can you work for a company that is dishonest and is not willing to help resolve this issue.  I was very upset, he did transfer me to a Supervisor [redacted].  [redacted] stated that my account is now "Flagged"  meaning since I disputed this with my bank and "Lost"  The company will no longer even give me a partial refund which products were sent back signed on 3/4/2017 by a [redacted]  Regardless if I sent products back I will still not get back any refund.  BELLA ESSENCE SHOW PROOF I ORDERED YOUR PRODUCT LIKE YOUR CLAIMING!!!!!  My CC that was charged has NOW been cancelled, I am requesting a check be mailed to my home [redacted]Thank you Revdex.com for handling my complaint[redacted]

According to our records,customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/16/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees,$4.95 for the Skin Cream and $4.95 for the Eye Serum.The trial expired on 12/04/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/04/2017 $99.01 for the  Skin Cream and $98.71 for the Eye Serum.However the Eye Serum charge was declined which cancelled their subscription for the Eye Serum.Due to the autoship program,the following month on 01/04/2017 the customer was charged $99.01 for a new shipment of Skin Cream.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/11/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.Our Customer Service also provided the customer with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the customer to be able to return the Skin Cream for a refund minus a $9.95 restocking fee,which the customer accepted.Customer was informed that a check would issued as soon as the returned package was received. However we have yet to receive the customer’s package and we’re unable to verify the tracking number provided ([redacted]) with the USPS.Regardless,we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the customer a check refund for the charge on 01/04/2017 in the amount of $99.01 for any misunderstanding.Refund should arrive within 3 to 4 weeks .Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
