contacted directly by Bella Family Air Solution Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
the gentleman had all sorts of excuses as to why he did not send me the refundHe misplaced his phone which had my contact information, etcHe wanted to go over the same conversation we had previously, and in the end, this time he did not mention he would send the check as he did in the previous conversation before I filed with Revdex.com

wow I just realized I been sending my response to ** ** email how ever in his complaint he said his fridge worked great the next day n he belives we did not clean coils now facts are his fridge was not cooling untill he placed aclaim to his warranty companie who called us when I arrived I checked the fridge for mechanical failure ther were none his problems were a maintance issue wich were non covered items by warranty dirty coils cracked gasket n door hinge I cleaned coils n fixed hinge we dont do gaskets I told him and put in his invoice that fridge needs gasket it is cracked in bottom left hand corner obviously he is complaing for areason its because he needs a gasket and his tenants who watched me clean unit seen the cracked gasket n want a new one he is trying to incorperate the price of the gasket in the maintance but I clearly stated fridge needs new gasket so he is saying the fridge works great but complaining to Revdex.com why
because fridge is working now that we cleaned it but still not working in optimal condition with out gasket its a $part he would of got for free but we dont do gaskets he is under impression I reported him to his warranty companie for falsafying model numbers on his fridge to get a better one upon break down but I did not they found out through his own doing pleas call *** *** *** to let me know Revdex.com got my email I have been sending my replies to his by mistake so he knows what im saying to Revdex.com but he is not making any sence rule of thumb if your fridge is ice bound n needs to be defrosted you have dirty condensor coils n need cleaning fridge will ice up block dampers n cool air will not flow through dampers that was his problem I performed a full prevenitive maintance wich was observed by his tenants who also observed the cracked gasket wich he wont fix for them the maintance price was a discounted price wich included his deductable he is to pay for a service man to show up n a discounted maintance facts

I strongly believe that the technician of Bella Family Air Solutions, who claimed had done the jobs for dampers and maintenance, had done nothingSince I am not at the site, he misled me over the phone claiming that gasket and hingers had the issueThat is totally untrue

a service call placed through the warranty companie we provied service forthe coustermer mr.xu is the land lord for the
residence

I told him the first two major prob lems I can fix wich were the dampers n the maintance I even got the door to close when I got their the door would not close I told him we do not do gaskets n he wold have to go to home depot.now this fix does not completly fix problem but
will make fridge cool much better n saffer gasket will not create a air tight barrier.I told him all of this even put in in a full recipet
** ** asked my price and he got half off wich was$out of for the maintance plus his co pay of for the warranty wich brought him to $instead of he told me to perform the work .now coustermers who have non coverd charges feel they shouldnt have to
pay so they stop checks on us ect..I did the work thr
e tenant payed n I left now the tenant has been waiting for a crisper n other things from ** ** for a long time so they felt he should put in gasket now I told coustermer n land lord we don do gaskets now when I gaver in my report I gave the model n serial number to his fridge it did not match the one he logged in when he singed up he reported he had a fancey french double door stainlees steel with water n ice dispenser he has not even a standerd size fridge now he thought I reported him but I did not so from him trying to muscle
me into putting in the gasket he raised a few red flags on his policy wich he lied about n felt the need to report bella air to Revdex.com

They installed my oil furnace upside-down and nearly caused a fire in my house

Review: History: The Furnace stopped working. I have a 90 year old Mother living with me so having heat is a concern. I have a home repair contract with Total Protect. When an item in my home breaks down, I am to call them. there is a 75.00 deductible for each separate repair. Repairs are guaranteed for 180 days. Total Protect assigns my claim to an independent contractor, so in this case, Bella Family Air at ###-###-####. Spoke to Elton(?) who always answers the phone. He arrived early evening on a Sunday night (Oct *) . as the Furnace is only accessible through my Mother's bedroom, (located in the attic) I stayed at the bottom of the ladder while Elton went to check furnace. after approx. 30 minutes I hear him on the phone speaking to someone, saying to them that he does not know why the furnace went out. He did have it running at this point. He asked the person on the other end "what do I say to the customer? " then he came down the ladder, told me that the reason my heat went out was because it was dirty. for $500.00 which would include my deductible, he needed to clean the furnace. As I need heat for my Mom, and it was a Sunday night, I was unsure if I should have him do that. I told him I did not want to be scammed, it was a lot of money. He assured me "no scam" so I paid him the 500 and he went back to the attic and left 15 minutes later. October ** the heat is out again. Again I get assigned to Bella Air as a redo. Elton comes out again late evening Sunday night and this time has his Father with him. He goes up to the attic, checks it over, and now tells me that this is a separate problem, it will be another 75.00, and that I have a great furnace, but the wiring on a part needed to be replaced. I pay him, he leaves. A week later, the furnace is out again. I call Total Protect, tell them not to assign me to Bella Air, as I had paid him twice already and obviously he was not addressing the problem. They assign me to Variety Installers who came right out, detected a faulty sensor, and replaced. I asked Variety how much it costs to clean a furnace and he gives me a written estimate of 89.00 which he tells me is the going rate. ( Not the 500 less the 75.00 deductible I paid.) I called Elton at Bella Air, told him I specifically told him not to scam me when he had come to my house. I told him I had a written estimate of 89.00 when he charged me $500.00 and that I had also paid for 2 deductibles to him, when he never even fixed the problem. He then tried to tell me the furnace was old (when he made it a point to tell me on the two visits that I had a great machine) . I told him I felt like he scammed me, and wanted $400 of the $575.00 I had paid to him, back. He offered to bring me $200.00 cash, then said he would just mail me a check. Two weeks later I have not received anything.Desired Settlement: $400.00 refund as discussed above. I was willing to accept the $200.00 and be done with it, but he didn't even follow up with that.

Review: They came to repair my Whirlpool 2 door 9 cubic feet refregirator which failed to work properly about a day ago. The guy who was sent to do the repair job from the company did not work professionally. He charged me $150.00 for the job, but still not work after he left a day later. I called the company and they told me that I have to change the gaskets, which he did not have with him by the time. I have to pay additional money for the service. Now my question is if you know there is a problem with the gasket, why told us everything is okay and took the money?Desired Settlement: I have Total Protection as the warranty company, which has deductable of $75.00. I paid him $150.00 of what he requested. If the problem is not solved from day one, they should refund my money.
