I was denied due to my affiliation with Bella Fitness Spa and Salon.I was very surprised by the reason and by the complaint, as I was never told about this complaint by staff or the hair dresser. As I explained to the Revdex.com representative ([redacted]), I am the owner of the building and lease the space to the hair dressers. The hair dressers do not work for me, nor do we offer gift certificates for hair appointments. The hair dressers offer gift certificates individually, as it is their services they are offering for the gift certificate. do not believe Express Nursing should be held responsible for this complaint due to an association with Bella Fitness Spa and Salon for the following reasons:l, [redacted], owner of Express Nursing and Bella Fitness Spa and Salon was never notified of this complaint. I was not sent a certified letter regarding this issue, not did I speak to anyone from the Revdex.com abut this issue prior to January 4, 2018. I would have certainly done my best to resolve the issue by discussing it with the hair dresser and the person involved ([redacted]). I would have explained to Ms. [redacted] that the individual hair dressers offer and are responsible for their gift certificates. At the same time, offering to help facilitate a resolution.I was never told of the existing complaint when I applied for the accreditation for Express Nursing. I had been a member in years past and did not renew. ; received a call from a representative in 2015 or 2016 who was very convincing and helpful in encouraging me to be a part of the Revdex.com. So, I applied and was accredited. There was no mention of a complaint on file. If I had known, this would have been an opportunity to resolve the issue.It is my hope that this issue can be resolved and the accreditation for Express Nursing would be reinstated. I am happy to offer to pay for the $50 gift certificate, if the hair dresser is not willing. Additionally, I spoke to the hair dresser about this issue and she is willing to speak to a Revdex.com representative to discuss her side of the situation, given it was her gift certificate and not Bella Fitness Spa and Salon.If additional information is needed please feel free to call me at [redacted].
