Review: Contacted the company to steam clean two Rooms and two upholstered Chairs. One room I completely cleared out for a good overall cleaning and the other I was just looking to have the travel path cleaned up. Both have a berber type carpet, one carpet is about 15 years old that has had very little activity since the kids grew up and out of the house over 12 years ago. The other carpet is only 7 years old with not a hugh travel path. The chairs are about 5 years old. When the owner arrived and I showed him the areas, he did not hesitate ti say that there would be no problem getting the carpets looking much better or like new, even the chairs. He did not hesitate when shown the chairs that he could get the sweat stains out of the chairs backs and front of the chairs where the dog rubs up against. The Owner was in my house a total of 40 mins to perform the cleaning on the areas. He stated that any darker areas would lighten up considerably once the surfaces started to dry, not to be concerned. After 24 hours the chairs and one carpet did not remotely look like there was enough time put into them. When I called to speak to them about it, I had to leave a message. They never called me back. I called again and when the wife answered and I announced who I was, she immediately became defensive and stated that there was nothing more they could do. She did not even wait to hear what I had to say about the issues. I asked that she should reconsider their position and come look at the work they had done. And that her husband when he looked at the conditions, did not hesitate to say that he could get all the stains out. We are not talking small areas that I am being picky on. The sweat stains have a semi clean area in the middle of the whole big stain, and I explained that to her, she did not want to hear or respond any further, I reiterated that they should reconsider their position that they were taking without even coming and looking at the conditions that remained. No return call.Desired Settlement: Come back out and complete a thorough cleaning of the chairs and the one carpet.
