This place is the worst place I have ever lived the manager (***) is the worst manager I have ever encountered, she treats her tenets like they are dirt and she has even made them cry , including meThis place would be an amazing place to live if she didn't make it so miserable for most of the residentsAlso if you try to call corprit about her nothing ever seems to get done and she just treats you even worseSo my edvice to anyone who wants to live here don't untill she's goneThere is reasons to why her office gets broken into and trashed and it because of the way she treats peopleAnd if you are a tenant here I wouldn't have a conversation with her unless it's being recorded!!! Something needs to be done she can't keep treating me and other tenants the way she dose
I am a tenant at Bella flora apartments in Tucson Arizona. I have been for five years. As of today August 5, 2015. The manager there is a slum lord. She is the worst manager I have ever been associated with at Bella Flora. She has ignored my requests to have my apartment fixed since April of 2015. She refuses to fill out a work order and completely ignores the fact that I have physically shown her the problems with my apartment. There is always an excuse or gives me the runaround. I took photos of my place back in April and still have them. This is my only proof of how long these issues have been ignored. Due to the fact she will not give me a work order. She is very unprofessional and has no people skills. She will lie straight to your face and say things will get done, but they never do. I wish something could be done about this worthless manager. If anyone is considering living at Bella Flora, please do not fall for her fake personality and we'll landscaped courtyard. The place has roaches, bed bugs and many problems inside the apartments. Something needs to be done about this terrible place.
