On June 30th *** did explain to Mr***
that the price on the website was incorrect and that often, prices change from
the manufacture before we are able to update our site. However, after speaking to the owner we would
be glad to honor the price that
the website stated to satisfy Mr***. *** did explain to Mr*** that we
would need to order it and it would take less than a week to get delivery. Selling the floor model was never offered as
an option, as this is one of our better selling Sofas and we need it on our
floor to sell to other potential sofa buyers.
Although we try to keep stock of our better selling items to have on
hand to sell, we did not have stock of this particular sofa
We understand that we were at fault regarding the incorrect
price on our website. We have corrected
the error on our site to prevent this from happening in the future. If the dispute is that MrMc***’s is not
getting the price he wanted, we feel that we have rectified that by gladly
honoring that price of $to MrMc***’sOnce it arrives, I would be glad
to arrange free delivery of the ordered sofa to Mr*** if he wishes to
have it ordered and wait the 5-days to receive it
We genuinely want Mr*** to be satisfied with us. We want all of our customers to be
happy. We just have to have product on
our showroom floor for other customers that is why selling the floor model is
not an option

Review: On June 30th I went to Bella Furniture to look at sectional sofa that was listed on their website at $799 when I went in to look at the sofa it was listed at $999. When I showed Jonathan, the manager the price online he made a call and told me he could not honor that price and the best he could do was offer me no tax on $999. I emailed Bella Furniture on 7/1 at 11am and received no response. On 7/2 I emailed Bella furniture stating that I would be reporting this to the Revdex.com and I received a response that after speaking with the Ownership group he would honor the price. I accepted and I gave my contact information to place the order. When I mentioned that I wanted to have it delivered ASAP he said OK but he only had the floor model. I accepted and told him I would call back for details. When I called back I was told by Jonathan that he was just being nice and he didn't have to honor that price. Also that I am not able to have the floor model and will have to wait 2-3 weeks when I was originally told I could have the floor model and the wait time was actually 1 week for delivery when I was in store.Desired Settlement: I would like the sofa that is quoted online and in stock to be sold to me. I feel that I am being discriminated because I am addressing false advertisement. I am not asking the manager to "be nice", I would just like to buy the furniture that they sell and is in stock at the company's advertised price.
