Review: I came in to Bella Furniture and paid in full for a red leather sectional sofa w/ ottoman. The Furniture was delivered on Feb. 1st, 2014.

It was delivered and the white pillows were damaged from packaging and there was also a rip in the leather binding of the furniture.

I immediatley reported this to the company's via email w/ photos and a phone call. I was told that a replacement would be ordered and be delivered in 2 weeks.

The company came out and inspected the furniture and found it to be defective and agreeded to replace it.

After 3 weeks w/ no response from the store - I called and emailed again. I spoke w/ [redacted] and [redacted] - Both describing themselves as Managers of the store.

The told me that the furniture has been ordered and was being delivered the first week of March.

On March 7, 2014 I called the store because no one had contacted me. At that point I spoke w/ [redacted] who told me that [redacted] (his manager) was supposed to call me and tell me that the furniture was discontinuted and that they could not replace it.Desired Settlement: I would appreciat them reparing the furniture - By having the white pillows professionally cleaned and getting the leather binding fixed.

Or take off 300.00 for the damages.

Review: On November 15, 2014 Bella Furniture Company delivered furniture of which I ordered, but they didn't deliver my cocktail table. Not to mention the two bar stool chairs they delivered one didn't work properly (it was broken) and the other was torn with a knife my the deliver guy as he was taking it out of the box.

It is January 7, 2015 nearly 2months later and still the items have not ben delivered as of yet. Their customer service is simply awful Jason the store manager has no couth about himself at all. I called to the other store location in College Park to speak with the manager there it is a lady she was ok, but hardly ever willingly to talk. It does not make any sense at all and they seem to think it is fine to show no professionalism at all. They keep saying it will be there in a week then two weeks and then it never arrives! I am very disappointed with the poor services of this company. I will never recommend anyone to the store!Desired Settlement: I want to be compensated for my inconvenience with a sincere apology, final and proper delivery of my merchandise in a timely and professional fashion.

Review: On June 26th, 2014, I bought furniture (2) accent chairs (Item # [redacted]) and (2) nightstands ([redacted]) at [redacted] Furniture & More/Bella Furniture/[redacted] Location : [redacted] MD [redacted] via corporate location; [redacted] MD [redacted].

Unfortunately, today's date is August 4, 2014 and the products purchased have not arrived yet. I am disappointed because I have spoken very highly of this store and recommended it to other colleagues and friends, not only have I not received items I purchased well over 30 days ago, the level of customer service has been unacceptable. There has been (4) promised delivery dates, all of which have been unsuccessful with no contact from any member of management at your location. While keeping diligent communication with a manager, Jeffery, last name refused, a simple resolution of a refund should have been offered. Instead I have received the run around on dates of delivery and falsified information that merchandise had been delivered to the store location which it had not. The uncooperative, supercilious nature and tone of Jeffery’s disposition is intolerable to satisfactory customer service and should be addressed.Desired Settlement: To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund of my purchases. Enclosed are copies of my records. I have highlighted the payments that will need to be refunded from the two separate receipts of purchase. Totaling: $637.08
