This by far the worst apartment I've ever lived inNot so much the people who live here but the fact that they try to pass themselves off as a quality apartmentmy wife and I really need a place to move to, Bella Gardens was sort of a last resortyes they took us in even with our credit being not too shabby but she (Norma) called us in such a happy way stating that our apartment was readywhen we moved in we were greeting by the creatures (roaches) who already were hereThe cabinets were all painted over instead of fixed or replacedThe hot water was off for two days and neither of us could take a descent showerOur mail box had been broke into prior to us moving here and as I type this complaint, that has still yet to be fixedBut honestly all these issues are bearable, what makes this place HORRIFIC is the people who run itSince day one we have received information about our deposits and cost of our special for our move inThe front desk clerk Norma, is the rudest woman I have encounteredOne can even Google reviews on this apartment and her name comes up negativelyI just came in from trying to pay my rent so that we are on time (prior to writing this)Norma never informed anybody that they would be closing early, when I walked up to the door to pay rent there was a signed that was not there an hour ago staying that they would be closed, and will have half days between Dec 24th-Dec31st (But no time frame of when they would close)She does that offeSo she can leave when she pleasesI knocked on the door because she was still there and she spoke to me aggressively and was upset that I stopped her from leaving EARLIER than what she claims she informed everybody"Just wanna pay rent ontime so I don't get charged" I said"What should I do incase you decide to leave early again?" Her reply shocked me and pissed me off...."leave it at the door".....need I say more?

This is the first time I hear she is having any issues with her unit. If she needs her a/c to be fixed she is more than welcome to come to the office and submit a work order. we have turn off the water a couple of times, but is because of emergency leaks. We do notify our tenants when...

we are having issues with leaks. Unfortunately because is an older complex this leaks just appeared randomly. We do the best we can to keep our tenants happy. If we can have this lady come talk to me, I can help her with any issues she has.  unfortunately because she has not paid rent, she is being process for eviction. [redacted]Community Manager
