Ms***n gave proper move-out day notice on April 20, Her lease ended on May 31, However, she did not pay April rent on timeIn May 2012, she came in to pay April's rent in the amount of $750.00, but the personal check she gave returned as NSFBy May, her amount due was $1,673.00, which included late fees and NSF chargesThen on May 16, she paid $The balance she owed on rent and late fees for the end of her move-out on May 31, 2012, was $938.00. Upon the review of the tenants move out paperwork and photos, we have decided to dismiss $for the damagesThe $consists of dirty carpet charges, door stoppers, and deodorizing carpet chargesAfter dismissing the move-out charges and applying the $refundable deposit towards the late rent and fees, she will still owe $338.00.
