Review: I made an appointment and was informed they were taking my credit card solely to hold the appointment NOT charge it at any time. When I was unable to make the appointment due to work matters and meetings not finishing in time they charged my card when I informed they were not allowed and I would be re-scheduling at a different time. They still charged my card and hung up on me. VERY unprofessionalDesired Settlement: I would like my card refunded the amount the were NOT allowed to charge in the first place in the amount of $100

The attached shows the spa policy on no show clients. It is stated on our web-site and is stated to the client before we take their credit card number. The owner [redacted] was the one who took the call to schedule her appointment on August 2 she explained to her that we would not charge her card unless she did not show up. [redacted] also told her that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy so if she could not make her appointment that she needed to let us know at least 24 hours before her service.
