Good Morning*** ***, the spa director and only laser technician, suddenly left the business with many unfinished laser services. The patient files were given to me Friday and we are in the process of identifying who the clients are and where they are in their treatment program. We
are also in the process of arranging for another clinic to complete the services at no additional cost to clients. We are doing our best to work with speed to resolve this problem. Since only Nicci knew who the clients were, we are playing catch up to even email them the new information. We ask that customers give us a few days to compile the information
